Avni Pepa (born 14 November 1988) is a Norwegian-Albanian footballer who plays for IK Start.[1] He is a defender.

In 2007, he was loaned to Mandalskameratene from IK Start. He made his debut as a starter on June 17, 2007, against Sparta Sarpsborg. On June 24, he scored his first and only goal for MK, in a 3-1 defeat against Notodden.
He made his debut in the Tippeligaen on March 14, 2010. He entered the field to replace Hunter Freeman, against Sandefjord. On July 7, he scored his first goal for Start. It was his the goal that allowed the team to overcome Fredrikstad FK, in the Norwegian Cup. On October 24, he scored his first league goal, against Stabæk, from an assist by Petter Bruer Hanssen.
Pepa is playing for Kosovo's national team. But as they are not approved by FIFA, he is still eligible to play for Norway or Albania.
